Pacquiao Loses To Bradley

In a remarkable and controversial decision Saturday night, Timothy Bradley Jr., scored a victory over Manny Pacquiao to win the WBO welterweight title.

Challenger Timothy Bradley topped Manny Pacquiao in an unlikely split decision in their welterweight title bout.

Bradley injured his foot early in the fight but didn't let that slow him as he improved to 29-0 with 12 knockouts.

Pacquiao who fell to 54-4-2 landed a greater percentage of both punches and power punches but Bradley claimed the title.

"I did my best but my best wasn't good enough," Pacquiao said after the fight.
Following the fight, well-known trainer and commentator Teddy Atlas tweeted that "boxing is a corrupt sport."

When asked during the in-ring interview if he thought he won the fight Pacquiao said, "Absolutely, yes."
