Boxer Riley to be freed after two years in jail Aug 17th 2012, 19:48 Light heavyweight Yathomas Riley was compiling an enviable record, successfully building his brand two years into his professional career, when fate took a turn over a cliff. The Florida boxer was arrested in June 2010 by the Miami-Dade police after his then-girlfriend, Koketia King, was shot. Riley called 911 from her Homestead, Fla., apartment, according to the Miami New Times, telling a dispatcher that an unconscious King, the mother of their toddler, had tried to kill herself.
