Martinez vs. Chavez Jr.: Live Round-by-Round Results and Review Sep 15th 2012, 20:35 Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. versus Sergio Martinez is a deadly rivalry. Martinez says his world title was stolen. Chavez says he's earned it fair and square, and will prove himself worthy to hold it when they meet in the ring. Martinez is quick, powerful and smart, with four vicious knockouts in his last four fights including 2010's knockout of the year against the iron-chinned Paul Williams.
