Hernan “Tyson” Marquez is ready for his comeback. Zanfer Promotions announced that the former flyweight titlist will fight an opponent to be determined on March 23 in Hermosillo, Mexico. The 24-year-old Marquez (34-3, 25 KOs) will be fighting for the first time since Nov. 17, when he was dropped three times and stopped in the 10th round of a tremendous slugfest with Brian Viloria in a flyweight title unification bout in Los Angeles. According to Zanfer’s Fernando Beltran, Marquez will fight on March 23 -- at the Estadio Nuevo Sonora, home of the Caribbean World Series next month -- and then seek a rematch with Viloria.
