Former champion Mikey Garcia (31-0, 26 KO) was supposed to defend the title against Juan Manuel Lopez (33-2, 30 KO).  But Garcia, who won the belt in dominant fashion over Orlando Salido this past January, lost the title yesterday at the weigh-in when he failed to make the 126 pound limit. He came in instead at 128 pounds and appeared drawn out and not in the best shape.
