Manny Pacquiao Selling House for 2.7 Million; Hello Kitty Swag Might Be Separate Aug 20th 2013, 00:25, by Gabe Zaldivar It's been fun, but Manny Pacquiao has had about enough of his Hancock Park home, because he has decided to sell it for $2.7 million.  Busted Coverage spotted a Realtor.com report that might interest you real estate savvy individuals looking for famous houses in the Los Angeles area.  Before we continue with the particulars behind this amazing house, let's show you the stunning images, including a bedroom that should get you Hello Kitty fans ready to plunk down a down payment.  Here is a room we are assuming doesn't belong to Pacquiao.  The only disappointing thing about the house is it's completely devoid of Pac-Man paraphernalia. You would think there would be at least one huge poster or an arcade game. It just seems like a missed opportunity.  If video is more your thing, the report reminds this same house was once featured on an episode of MTV Cribs.  Thankfully, a clip still exists on YouTube.  As noted, the house has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The 4,273 square-foot house that sits on a 6,752 square-foot lot is relatively new, as it was built in 2008.  Pacquiao purchased the house in 2009 for $2.17 million and seems eager to make a little bit of cash on the sale. As Realtor.com reminds, the purchase coincided with the Ricky Hatton bout that lasted all of two rounds.  While the episode of Cribs was great for fans, giving them a glimpse of their favorite boxer's home, it may have attracted the wrong kind of attention.  Realtor.com reports this house was once burglarized the same year that episode first aired.  Later that year, four people were apprehended after police discovered a burglary in progress at the boxer’s home while Pacquiáo was preparing for a fight in his native Philippines. Fortunately for Pacquiáo, detectives of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s department, who were in Pacquiáo’s neighborhood investigating another crime, witnessed the break-in and thwarted the crime before anything was stolen. There you go; it sounds like a fantastic neighborhood.  Although, it seems rather audacious to break into the home of a legendary boxer. I don't think we have to remind you how things went for Hatton.  Now get out there and make an offer.
