Pascal to take stay-busy bout? Aug 16th 2013, 22:51, by Dan Rafael Former light heavyweight champion Jean Pascal hasn't fought since easily outpointing Aleksy Kuziemski in a 10-round fight on Dec. 14 and is looking at a long layoff until his next fight. By the time Pascal (27-2-1, 16 KOs) gets into the ring to face former super middleweight titlist Lucian Bute (31-1, 24 KOs) in January -- exact date to be determined -- in their all-Montreal showdown, it will have been 13 months since his previous fight. Pascal-Bute was supposed to take place on May 25, but Bute suffered a significant hand injury that required surgery and the fight was postponed.
