Vazquez Jr. returns in need of victory Aug 8th 2013, 15:43, by Dan Rafael Former junior featherweight titlist Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. will try to get back on track when he returns Sept. 20 (Telemundo) at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Fla., promoter Tuto Zabala announced on Thursday. Vazquez (22-3-1, 19 KOs), who will face Guillermo Avila (13-0, 10 KOs) of Mexico in a scheduled 12-rounder, grew up in his pro career on Telemundo cards in Kissimmee and is returning in need of a win. The fight will be Vazquez’s 15th in Kissimmee but first since 2010.
