Pacquiao vs. Rios Fight Time: How to Watch Epic Clash in Macao Nov 23rd 2013, 13:00, by Brian Mazique It will be 10 a.m. on Sunday morning in China when Manny Pacquiao takes on Brandon Rios. The fight will take place at this odd time locally to accommodate the American audience with a more traditional 9 p.m. ET broadcast on Saturday night.  This fight is easily the second-biggest fight of the year. It comes in second only to Floyd Mayweather Jr's bout with Saul "Canelo" Alvarez in September. The attention the fight is getting despite taking place outside of the United States is a testament to Pacquiao's drawing power. It should an entertaining bout. Here's how you can watch.   When: Saturday, Nov. 23 at 9 p.m. TV: HBO PPV   There are usually just two or three fights per year that qualify as must-see bouts for casual fans. This is certainly one of them. There are several interesting storylines. Here are a few to consider.   How Will Pacquiao Respond to the First Hard Shot He Takes? After being knocked senseless by Juan Manuel Marquez in Dec. 2012, this is a valid question. The KO loss Pac-Man suffered was the type that changes a career. When Rios lands his first clean blow, it will tell us a lot about what to expect from the rest of the night. Has the KO softened Pacquiao to a point where knocking him out will be an even easier task? Because Pacquiao isn't likely to turn himself into a defensive wizard, his ability to absorb punches is necessary if he's going to be successful.   Is Brandon Rios a Punching Bag or a Serious Threat? All things considered, he's probably a little bit of both. Pacquiao's speed and agility will give him the edge and he should outland Rios. That said, Rios does possess the power to hurt Pacquiao—especially if Manny is careless. Even though Pacquiao deserves to be the favorite, his defensive lapses, potential vulnerability to a KO and Rios' power make the matchup intriguing. Will Rios be Pacquiao's ticket to redemption, or will Bam Bam slam the door on Pacquiao's career?
