Adamek-Glazkov fight in jeopardy Nov 13th 2013, 20:31, by Dan Rafael Heavyweight contender Tomasz Adamek’s fight with 2008 Ukrainian Olympic bronze medalist Vyacheslav “Czar” Glazkov is in jeopardy. The two are scheduled to meet in a title elimination bout Saturday (NBC, 2:30 p.m. ET) at the Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, N.Y. However, Adamek spent part of Wednesday afternoon at a doctor’s office because he is ill and might withdraw from the fight. “He’s not feeling well, and we don’t know what he has,” Ellen Haley, spokeswoman for promoter Main Events, told ESPN.
