He's been irked that he's been passed over for meaningful fights, and says he's seen juicy gigs go to some fighters he sees as lesser athletes than he, or guys who haven't paid the same dues. But today, salty has turned to sweet, as the Queens-based hitter, who held the WBA 147-pound crown in 2005, is crowing that he has signed on to fight Victor Ortiz on Jan. 30 at Barclays Center.
