Gomez, Arnett ready for 'rematch' Jan 30th 2014, 15:54, by Dan Rafael When Eddie Gomez of the Bronx, N.Y., and Daquan Arnett of Winter Park, Fla., were 12-year-old amateur boxers, they fought. Gomez scored three knockdowns and won the fight. Now they are 21-year-old men and undefeated junior middleweight prospects who will square off in a scheduled 10-round bout on Thursday night (Fox Sports 1/Fox Deportes, 9 ET) at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. "We fought in the amateurs. I beat him and knocked him down three times," Gomez said.
