Floyd Mayweather Sr. Wants to Box Robert Guerrero's Father in the Ring
Feb 24th 2014, 16:13, by Dan Carson

Who’s ready for Mayweather vs. Guerrero: Senior Edition?

A month after their heated exchange outside a Las Vegas boxing gym, Floyd Mayweather Sr. and Ruben Guerrero are ready to throw down.

According to TMZ, the fathers of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero were recently seen eating breakfast together in Los Angeles and confirmed their plans to square off in an official boxing match.

“You’re gonna see one of the best fights, bro,” Ruben said. “I’m fighting one of the best fighters in the world.”

The initial confrontation that spurred this proposed rematch occurred in January, according to TMZ

The two men were filming outside a Vegas boxing gym for a reality television show when a heated altercation occurred (shown below).

No date has been set concerning the upcoming bout, but both claim it will be occurring “soon.”

With that said, who ya got?

According to BoxRec.com, Ruben holds a 0-7 record in organized boxing. Six of his seven losses came by knockout or technical knockout, meaning he's fairly experienced in napping on the mat.

Floyd Sr., on the other hand, is 28-6-1 and a former welterweight champ. It's fairly clear who will be waking up and micturating in agony should these two men box.

With that said, please—whoever is in charge of these weird, family grudge matches—make this happen.
