As they say, the fourth time is the charm.
Actually, other than Juan Manuel Marquez, I don't think anyone says that. But when Dinamita takes on Manny Pacquiao for the fourth time, the Mexican fighter will be looking to finally beat his biggest rival and earn the signature win of his career.
For Pacquiao, this fight is all about reminding people that he is still one of the truly elite fighters in the game.
After losing to Timothy Bradley in a controversial decision—and some folks also thought Marquez should have been given the decision in the last fight—there have been whispers that Pac-Man has lost a step and could be vulnerable against Marquez.
That's not good for business, and certainly isn't good in negotiations with Floyd Mayweather in the little superfight that could, especially since Mayweather gained leverage after the Bradley fight.
One thing is for certain—this promises to be an entertaining, competitive bout fought at the top-level this sport has to offer. All three of the previous fights were fantastic contests, and I wouldn't expect anything less here.
