England's Dereck Chisora, who won the European heavyweight title on Sept. 21 by dominating and stopping Edmund Gerber in the fifth round, is set for his first defense. The 29-year-old Chisora (18-4, 12 KOs), scheduled to fight Nov. 30 in London, got his opponent on Thursday: Italian national champion Matteo Modugno (14-0, 8 KOs). Modugno has fought only once in the United States, with the rest of his bouts having taken place in Italy. The 6-foot-1 Chisora, a former world title challenger (a 2012 points loss to Vitali Klitschko), will be the first name opponent for the 6-foor-6½ Modugno.
